Role A: Business Analyst – Reporting Team Lead
Requirements
- At least 7 years professional work experience including team lead roles managing up to 10 individuals.
- Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing experience not necessary but preferred
- Strong communication and people management skills with exposure to balancing offshore and onshore responsibilities, deadlines and deliverables.
- Java, Web technologies, Oracle, Finance / Banking background
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technology and business professionals that support enhancements to our reporting team (uses) Micro Strategy
- Work closely with business analysts and testers to ensure that the software meets the requirements
Education:
BS or equivalent degree in a software engineering or business, finance related discipline

Role B: Quant Data Analyst
Requirements
- At least 4-6 years of professional work experience
- 2-4 years of development or DBA experience
- Expertise with Microsoft SQL server including TSQL stored procedures
- Strong SQL skills including performance tuning

- Prior experience in a financial or mortgage-related project

Java or shell scripting development experience a plus
Responsibilities:
- Load, transform, and manage a large volume of financial loan data in a Microsoft SQL server environment
- Write and optimize database queries to support multiple data set slice and dice reporting formats

Work with business analysts and software developers to prepare batches of data for processing risk model
